Our Advantages

We deliver reliable protection for both businesses and homes by combining cutting-edge technologies, professional service, and years of hands-on experience.

Full-Cycle Implementation of Security Engineering Solutions

Ribbon UA operates as a single contractor — from designing the technical solution to installation, configuration, and final commissioning. This minimises unnecessary interactions and accelerates project delivery.

Seamless Integration of Multi-Vendor Equipment

We work with technologies from AJAX, Bosch, Prestigio, U-Prox, Ceragon, Ruijie, Epson and more. Our expertise lies in integrating diverse systems into a unified infrastructure with centralised control.

Tailored Solutions for Every Site

We go beyond standard configurations. Each project is adapted to the specific architecture, requirements, and budget — taking into account usage scenarios, threat levels, and regulatory standards.

Ongoing Support: Maintenance, Updates, and Consultancy

Our work doesn’t end with commissioning. We continue to support our clients with software updates, scaling advice, and rapid incident response — ensuring long-term system stability and peace of mind.

What This Solution Involves

We implement solutions that are tailored to the architectural, technical, and organisational specifics of each site. Every system component — from equipment placement to operating scenarios — is designed to meet the client’s practical requirements.

Automated Time and Attendance Tracking

The U‑Prox system provides simultaneous access control and time tracking for personnel. Using network controllers and readers, it accurately records entries, exits, and time spent on site. Data is stored locally or on a central server, available for analysis and integration with HR or ERP systems.

  • Registration of arrival, departure, and break times

  • Support for RFID cards, PIN codes, BLE/NFC identifiers

  • Scalable architecture: up to tens of thousands of passes and multi-zone schedules

  • Secure data storage and backup

The software suite enables configuration of access schedules, discipline control, and reporting on lateness or overtime. Reports can be exported in CSV/Excel formats, and the system supports blocked access in case of card duplication.

  • Flexible access schedules (including floating shifts)

  • Anti-passback protection

  • Real-time monitoring and administration

U‑Prox can operate autonomously or in combination with turnstiles, electric locks, and other devices. The system ensures unified processing of both access and time-tracking events, allowing for both physical and logical monitoring of employee movement.

  • Ethernet connectivity via IP-class controllers

  • Compatibility with third-party ACS and CCTV systems

  • Integration of BLE/NFC and mobile identification
